After university, I started working with Behmont Commercial Equipment (https://behmont.negocio.site/) in Argentina, joining the sales department for their household product line. In this position, I was in charge of organizing and supervising commercial operations. Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions on physical movement, we took the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive context analysis. This made it possible to establish new sales objectives adapted to changing circumstances. At the same time, I was also in charge of creating the visual content that aligned with these objectives.

The creation of catalogs was proposed, with the aim of them being used as a useful instrument in our sales strategy. The products were organized according to the general purchasing frecuency of consumers.

We incorporated digital catalogues to facilitate its distribution to sellers and clients.

Signage, both external and internal, was updated to include relevant information about COVID-19.

Social media

A WhatsApp line was created, with personalized icons and messages. As a complement, a WhatsApp catalog was selected, which has provided essential information about the products most consulted by our customers. At the same time, we personalized messages on Instagram and Facebook to improve overall engagement.

In addition, we began the integration of an Instagram account linked to WhatsApp, with the aim of improving fluid communication channels. Instagram and Facebook accounts are updated with new and relevant information.

Products

Adaptations designed specifically for bakery spaces and kiosks were made. Precision adjustments were made to align with dimensions provided by customers, with a primary focus on minimizing material waste. The products produced combined wood and glass to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

In this role, I have improved in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Design. In addition to getting better at these tools, my active participation in implementing solutions not only played a key role in achieving sales goals, but also significantly improved my ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
